The terms that apply to estimates, scheduling and exterior cleaning services we perform.

These terms apply to exterior cleaning services provided by More Than Just Sudz in the greater Houston area. They are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified advisor before publication.

Estimates and scope

Estimates describe the surfaces included and the cleaning approach planned. Work outside that written scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.

Scheduling and access

Service dates are confirmed in advance. Customers are asked to provide safe access to the work area, water supply where required, and to move vehicles or loose items before the crew arrives.

Weather and rescheduling

Exterior cleaning depends on conditions. Work may be rescheduled for heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures or lightning, and we will contact you to arrange the next available time.

Results and surface condition

Cleaning removes surface soiling. Permanent staining, etching, oxidation, prior damage, discolouration and wear may not be removable. Where a surface is unlikely to fully recover, we say so before work begins.

Property condition and pre-existing damage

Customers are asked to disclose loose surfaces, damaged mortar, failing sealant, unsealed penetrations, faulty fixtures and any known defects. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by undisclosed conditions.

Pricing and payment

Payment terms, accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements should be confirmed here before publishing.

Photography

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, excluding identifying details unless you give permission.
